Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

EFFECTIVE 16 AUGUST 2026 · LAST UPDATED 16 AUGUST 2026 · VERSION 1.0

In plain language. This page covers the website at leadcapturepros.com and the services LCP Systems provides, including its Portico intake product. LCP Systems is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. When we operate an intake system for a client business, that business — not LCP Systems — controls the information its customers provide; we handle it only on their instructions and never use it for our own purposes or to train AI models. Client businesses sign a separate services and confidentiality agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

About

Who we are

LCP Systems is the trading name of Sahil Kaushik, a sole proprietor established in India. LCP Systems designs, builds and operates AI-powered business systems, including Portico, an intake product for professional services firms.

References to "LCP Systems", "we", "us" and "our" mean Sahil Kaushik trading as LCP Systems. Our website is leadcapturepros.com. We operate as an email-first business and do not publish a walk-in office address; all correspondence, including privacy requests and legal notices, should be sent to the address in the Contact section below.

Privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers two distinct situations, and the difference matters.

1. Two roles

As a business, for our own website. When you visit leadcapturepros.com, submit a form or contact us, we decide what is collected and why. This policy governs that.

As a service provider, for a client business. When an LCP Systems product answers calls, messages or enquiries on behalf of a client, that client's customer information belongs to the client. They decide what is collected, how long it is kept and what happens to it. We process it only on their documented instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, sell it, or share it for advertising. If you contacted a business and reached one of our systems, direct privacy requests to that business; we will support their response.

2. What we collect on this website

Information you provide. Name, work email address, company name, and anything you type into a form — including job descriptions submitted through the workflow analysis form, and any free-text describing what you are trying to accomplish.

Usage information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and analytics.

Scheduling information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider records the time, your contact details and anything you add to the booking.

Please do not send confidential, privileged or third-party personal information through a web form or unencrypted email. If you submit a job description, remove anything you would not want held by a third party.

3. What our systems collect for client businesses

On a client's instruction, an LCP Systems product may capture: caller or contact name and details, language preference, the reason for contact, and facts the person volunteers. In the case of Portico deployed for an immigration law firm, this may include immigration status, an alien registration number, detention facility details, hearing and filing dates and family circumstances. It may also include call audio, transcripts and appointment details.

This information can be sensitive. It is collected for the client, transmitted to the client, and retained according to the client's instructions.

4. Call recording and consent

Calls handled by our systems may be recorded and transcribed where the client has instructed it. Some jurisdictions require the consent of every party to a call before it may be recorded. Where recording is enabled, the greeting discloses it before any substantive conversation, and a caller who does not consent may continue without recording or ask to be transferred. Clients are responsible for identifying the jurisdictions their callers are in and confirming their own recording requirements under applicable law and professional conduct rules. We do not enable recording without instruction.

5. Why we use information

  • To respond to enquiries, analyse submitted workflows and job descriptions, and schedule and hold calls
  • To build, operate, monitor and improve systems for client businesses
  • To keep records for invoicing, accounting and tax
  • To protect against fraud, abuse and security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use client data to train, fine-tune or improve any general-purpose AI model, and we do not use one client's data for the benefit of another.

6. Service providers

We use third parties to operate: telephony and call routing, speech recognition and language processing, calendar and scheduling, cloud hosting and storage, website analytics, and payment processing. Each receives only what it needs, under contract, and may not use it for its own purposes. A current list of subprocessors is available to client businesses on request, and clients are notified before a material change.

7. Where information is handled

LCP Systems is operated from India. Client system data is stored and processed in cloud infrastructure located in the United States, and is not relocated to another region without the client's prior written consent. Website enquiry data may be processed in either location. This means information may be transferred across borders, including to countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you are located.

8. Retention

CategoryRetention
Website enquiries, form submissions and booking records24 months, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons
Call audio handled for a client90 days by default, or the period the client specifies
Intake and contact records handled for a client12 months by default, or the period the client specifies
On termination of a client engagementReturned or permanently deleted within 30 days at the client's election, subject to any legal hold

9. Security

We use encryption of data in transit, access restricted to named individuals on a need-to-know basis, unique credentials with multi-factor authentication on systems holding client data, logging of administrative access, and written agreements with subprocessors. No system is perfectly secure. Where a breach affects a client's data we will notify that client without undue delay and in any event within 48 hours of becoming aware, and will cooperate with their own notification obligations.

LCP Systems does not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and does not represent that it does. The protections described here are contractual and operational rather than independently certified.

10. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you as a website visitor or prospective client, and to stop sending you email. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We will acknowledge a request within 10 business days and respond within the period required by applicable law.

If your request concerns information handled by one of our systems on behalf of a client business, contact that business directly — they control that record. Tell us and we will assist them.

11. Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. A person contacting a client business may reference a minor family member; that information is handled as part of the client's record under the client's instructions.

12. Changes

We will update this policy as our services change and will revise the effective date above. Material changes affecting client businesses are communicated directly.

Terms

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of leadcapturepros.com. They are not the agreement under which LCP Systems delivers services — client businesses sign a separate services and confidentiality agreement, and where the two conflict, that agreement controls.

1. Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. We are not a law firm

LCP Systems is a technology and services business. We are not a law firm, we do not practise law, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Using this site or speaking with us does not create an attorney–client relationship, and nothing you send through this site is protected by attorney–client privilege.

Where our Portico product answers calls for a law firm, it gathers information and schedules consultations. It does not assess the merits of a matter, advise on options or eligibility, predict outcomes, quote fees for legal services, or perform any act constituting the practice of law. Substantive questions are routed to a licensed attorney at the client firm.

3. Informational content

Descriptions of our systems, process, timelines and cost comparisons are provided for general information and may change. Any cost figures shown for comparison are estimates drawn from publicly available market information; they are illustrative, not a quotation, and not a guarantee of savings. Any guarantee described anywhere on this site applies only as set out in a signed services agreement. Statements about what can be automated are general and depend entirely on the workflow in question.

4. Workflow and job description submissions

If you submit a job description or workflow description, you confirm you are entitled to share it and that it contains no confidential information belonging to a third party. We use submissions solely to prepare an analysis for you and to respond to your enquiry. We do not publish submissions, and we do not use them to train AI models. Any analysis we return is a professional opinion for discussion, not a guarantee of feasibility, cost or outcome.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
  • Do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract content without written permission
  • Do not submit confidential, privileged or third-party personal information
  • Do not submit false or misleading information

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics, diagrams and marks on this site are owned by Sahil Kaushik trading as LCP Systems, or by our licensors, and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation.

7. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites and tools, including scheduling and form providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We do not warrant that information on the site is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCP Systems and its proprietor, personnel and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of this site — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this site or breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this site. Nothing here affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
